From the Old Farm Expedition Flag, head right behind the first shack and follow this path. Take out the enemies, and head behind the large boulder and pick up a Polished Chroma Catalyst by some crates.

 From the Old Farm Expedition Flag, drop down to the left of the slope to pick up a Polished Chroma Catalyst by a wgon and some crates.

Defeat the Petank at the Old Farm to obtain 5 Polished Chroma Catalysts.

Can be obtained from defeating the Lampmaster.

Can be obtained by destroying the Paint Spike in Fort Ruins.

Defeat an enemy group (A Steel Chevaliere and a Ceramic Chevaliere) past the Right Street Expedition Flag.

From the Left Street Expedition Flag, head to the right and drop down onto the large pipe to pick up a Polished Chroma Catalyst.

After watching the cutscene where Verso disappears, follow the path ahead to the left, and then to the right until you reach the open melting building. Turn to the left and walk the ledge until the end to pick up a Polished Chroma Catalyst.

Defeat Renoir to obtain 3 Polished Chroma Catalysts.
