How to Obtain
Follow the main path all the way to the destroyed airship. Go through the tunnel that was left by the remnants of the airship, then cross the platform to reach the other side. Stay on this path until you encounter a duo of a Greatsword Cultist and Reaper Cultist near the bridge. Defeat them to get Energising Pain.
From the Central Plaza, go through the arch on the right and use the lift to get to the bottom level. Defeat the Greatsword Cultist standing on the structure on the left side of the area to receive a Level 28 variant of Energising Pain.
